This new OS is going to release Q4 2011 for both smartphones and tablets.

That's right, all mobile phones and all tablets, as long as the hardware is capable, will run the same OS. From small tiny smartphones all the way up to the 10" Android Tablets...everybody will get the same highly rated OS. Status bars and other features will be intelligently adjusted to any device automatically.
