Only a few days ago we told you about Apple stupidly suing Samsung about copying the iPhone and iPad taking the risk of losing their major supplier, but Samsung has now hit back saying that Apple has stolen as many as five of their patents.
Statement from Samsung: "Samsung is responding actively to the legal action taken against us in order to protect our intellectual property."
